At Nexstar, I covered high school and college sports as a Videographer/Editor, capturing key moments and editing content for news broadcasts. I wrote and distributed game highlights and summary copy, ensuring accurate and timely updates. Using the INews platform, I efficiently uploaded scripts and scores, meeting strict deadlines to provide news with the most current footage and information. My role required strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high editorial standards.
During my time at WMBD News from July 2021 to January 2023, I filmed and edited 435 sporting events. I traveled around Illinois and attended 4-12 games daily.

As a project manager, I actively participated in every production stage, from scriptwriting to editing. I maintained communication with the production team, balancing the flow of the show and ensuring a seamless and high-quality final product.
